Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in date, unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.

2. Advance Payments

If you paid an advance, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No-shows, cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, and bookings marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds.

4. Hotel-Initiated Cancellations

If a hotel cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund automatically.
